If these were used then I would most certainly consider it, but this is a brand new boxed set, so would seriously depreciate in value if any were missing.

I understand that this equipment is quite expensive and may be hard to sell on here. Can anyone advise me of somewhere easier to sell it?

I'm trying to avoid ebay as much as I can because of the fees and the fact that schools can rarely use it!

I suppose you could ring up the local schools in the area to see if they are interested.

This isn't something that my school has purchased. A friend of mine works for an IT reseller and this was given to him as a promotion by Promethean so he asked me to see if anyone would want it.

I'd keep them for my school, but we use Smart boards.

I *may* be able to make an offer, would need to speak to my manager first though.

The newer ones come with an ActivHub(USB) so you wouldn't need promethean boards, they also come with software for powerpoint so you could just use it with that or buy some standalone copies of ActivPriamary.

Have to say I haven't looked into it properly, the item is still in the box completely unopened.

I don't think my school has the budget at this time of the year for this item though! Maybe could have after April.

They should be supplied with all the software you need. You dont need to buy anything and they work really well on Smart Boards. (Have you checked under the lid, pull away the foam top) You may be able to sell them on to a dealer??????? But like I said they were given loads of free sets by Promethean ( I have 60!!)

Well like I said I imagine that is how my friend obtained them. They have ActivPrimary with them and should be fine! Could you recommend a dealer I could sell them to?

I won't keep bumping this forever but these haven't been sold yet. Someone must need this!
