e-Government: Prior information: Blackburn: construction work for school buildings
Like a few people here warned, rather than going away BSF may be coming sooner than first thought for some of us:eek:
Bolton Council members have decided to jump on board with Blackburn's BSF tender, they must be scared the money is going to run out.:D
It makes a big pot for somebody to bid for if Government give it the go ahead, with costs of 15 million Blackburn & Darwen and 25 million for Bolton.
I think you missed a zero. If you look at the bottom of that document it says:Quote:
