Does anyone have Capita as there managed provider?
Please can someone give some feedback?
We used to have support direct from Capita [it is a while ago now: It seem like ages that we have had Serco in place here]
Capita's support was sluggish, for want of a better word. Telephone calls were never answered by a person: We always had to leave a message on an automated system. Call back was at least half a day [often longer] and resolution to issues seemed very drawn out. I remember a few tickets taking a number of weeks to close.
Perhaps the situation has changed now though?
