29 schools that have managed services said that the ICT was better than before
In all cases, the decision to adopt a managed service approach was triggered by some catalyst event (internal or external) which forced the establishment to objectively review its
ICT services and seek solutions to resolve
ICT and service delivery problems
So the 29 schools that were questioned have a managed service because the original ICT was so bad they decided to bring in a 3rd party?
As has been said before, what about the schools where the ICT isn't a pile of crap and managed services are not required?

lmao I love our country for that. "79% of Weight Watchers members agree that lossing weight as a group is easier" - well i would hope so, or else WTF are you still a member for?! Thing is Becta obviously think their target audiance ie Head Teachers, will be stupid enough to fall for it.
