    sorry please explain, as what you mean in a gun pointed at you, are you working in a school that has being TUPE..cheers

    RM are going to be working within the TUPE law- gee thats nice of them.
    They are hardly going to put out a statement about how they intend on not abiding with the law!

    * Match current terms and conditions
    * Continuous service maintained
    * Jobs are secure on transfer
    * Work with you to understand current role and develop up to date job descriptions
    * RM intention to continue membership of Local Government Pension
    * RM committed to support staff through the change

    + Brand New network to play with, state of the art gear at all levels, although you have less control over the network.
    + More courses than you can shake a stick at.
    + Better management and support structure.
    + Better fault reporting system, i.e. less stupid jobs as they are caught at the call center and dealt with.
    + RM parties and events

    Just a few of my first impressions of RM.

    If RM is going to be the service provider in our area (it'll be a few year in this area) and if we're going to be TUPEd, I'm going to see if I can get a hugh payrise from the school a couple of weeks before under the understanding that the school doesn't have to pay it

    1/3 of Technician jobs in Harringay which RM has won in BSF are being shed as RM want to develop the workforce to meet the low cost of their bid..

    This part makes me smile ...

    how secure are they a month after transfer ?

    Yes i've seen the RM jobs in Harringay which RM, are posting for paying up to 24K, not too bad i guess.......
