Durham BSF - shortlist of one

According to Infrastructure Journal, the Durham BSF Wave 3 shortlist of consortia bidding for the BSF business is now down to one, Inspired Spaces.

No public comment/press release has been forthcoming from the LA yet.

It seems that the rival bidders NYOP & Spirel pulled out.

According to CNPlus.co.uk, Carillion are quoted as saying
" that it will target Cambridgeshire County Council's £150 million Fenland schools scheme, the first tranche of the council's £500 million BSF programme, which is due to be advertised in early July.

The firm is also understood to be tracking the £1 billion Essex schools BSF deal and Somerset Council's £450 million programme."
