    So our little backwater middle school should be safe for a good few years yet! We weren't expecting any action for a good 5 years before this, so I can now add even more time to that.

    The whole idea of it being dropped was over the time it was going to take outside of the original schedule to deliver.

    Now they are just saying that yes it will take longer.
