First Post - Finally Dipping My Toe Into Joomla 1.5
Well here is my first blog post and surprise surprise it’s regarding Joomla 
Having been given the task to create a new school website I thought I would use this opportunity to delve into J1.5 rather than use the J1.0 based Edugeek Package. I had always planned to create a 1.5 based package for Edugeek members, but only after I was confident myself. However alonebfg has taken on this task and is doing really well.
You may ask why don’t I just use alonebfgs package? Well the main reason is I want to learn as much as I can about J.15 hands on. The more I learn, the more I can pass onto the forums, also as it stands the J1.5 package is running in legacy mode and I would rather my site run natively. I shall be posting about my install and setup experiences here on this blog, hopefully not to many.
