I'm not happy with their service. I'm having account manager in and I'm going to tell him this.

That was funny when he said that must of struck a nerve and yes your firewall may have cost 500,000 pounds and came off a lorry but it still failed spectacularly and is still causing issues and misery for lots of IT staff in schools and for reference I have installed over 600 servers, managed and supported more networks than I care to count and looked after enough businesses and schools IT systems for over 15 years, so I do know enough to say I could of done a better job! :-) :peace:
Didn't they used to have network manager conferences where there wasn't all the curriculum stuff shoehorned in and I was more technical??

I went to one when i started here, so like 6 years ago? Maybe they should consider running those again.
I met Andy afterwards (with my Edugeek Lanyard ;) ), we spoke very quickly about frustrations, us as IT Support feel. He's got my name now lol. But i might actually get in touch with him.
What did they say about EduGeek, then?
Erm, he wasn't impressed with a post someone had made previously regarding the firewall.
Not a critism of the Geek. It'd would be naive of us to think they don't keep an eye on whats said.
