Service Desk - How on earth do we log calls on it now..?
Ok, tried phoning Servicedesk and got no joy after 3 attempts in the middle of the day (I know it's the holidays and Link may not be fully staffed but thought they'd have one person on phones) So logically thought I'll log a call via the service portal how hard can it be...?
I can not figure out the sub categories and gave up after 30 minutes of trying to logically guess the system (You's think SIMS issues would go under MIS Support but no...) Why can't we just add a call without the sub categories?
Does any body in BGFL land have a list of sub categories for this that we can publish on here for all of us to use?
I did just give up and emailed in the end.
