    Angry Seriously...

    Internet down again....ffs Link what are you playing at?


    Anyone else got the usual symptons

    -Slows to a crawl
    - No access to external sites
    - Limited access to proxy exception sites

    Arrrrrgggghhhh!

    There were problems at 6 sites this morning I'm aware of. bgfl.org worked though, so that's OK (sarcasm).

    Same here! I rang them up Link2ICT a couple of days ago and I spoke to the front desk they aren't aware of any other schools having slow internet. They cant see an issue on their side of the network or my side.

    I believe that there was a problem very early this morning, which is why the problem's staggered and Link2ICT are asking schools to close and re-open their browser sessions.

    I also want to know exactly what this 'quick fix' was this morning and what fixes they're applying this Sunday. Confidence isn't great at the moment.

    The internet connection was down for me yesterday.

    When I got a call back to try and resolve the issue, I was spoken to like I didn't know how the internet works and how to perform checks before logging a call.

    I've only been in this job for 2 months and I really dislike everything about Link2ICT. They're inept at updating calls within their own agreed SLA and I find their incompetency very appalling, to say the least. The school's account manager never responds despite leaving numerous calls.

    It won't be long now before we ditch Link2ICT completely.
