So our internal staff email keeps getting junked.. I'm told they can't whitelist the internal domain and staff should just keep marking "not junk" as a way of 'training' the filters. However this is now how many weeks along and it's still happening.
L2ICT tell me there's nothing they can do.. Which doesn't help me at all as staff are banging the door down demanding to know why they keep getting junked, this despite my usual "it's Link2ICT's fault" speech.
Is this happening to anyone else? / Does this sound right ? (Or am I wrong in thinking it's a simple thing to whitelist the @schoolname.bham.sch.uk domain)
Just rang link Zimbra 5 has crashed being classed as major incident, nothing going out but we seem to be able to recieve non bgfl stuff :-s
