    After two complaints, a very long phone call with a poor lady over the helpdesk, much ear bashing I have finally got somewhere with several of my calls. Some of which that have been open for months.

    I have several calls open too, some for months that I'm at my wits end with. Don't really know where to go from here as it seems they just don't care. Or are unable to resolve these issues through incompetence.

    I suggest you do what I did, kick off, its worked so far.

    Some stuff is due to the network service team in Service Birmingham that they have to go through. Also there are BCC policy enforced on link2ict that a customer can not break apparently.

    I get the feeling that certain people at Link really don't like me when I kick off... but it has helped get some things resolved... still waiting for others to be sorted life's to short to get wound up by their processes.
