Us too! although our statement had extras sneakily added that don't apply to us, thankfully I got to check it before it went off.
If the evening mail article has any truth to it, I think it's time to plan for a contingency as it looks like Service Birmingham's days are numbered.

Thing is (on a serious note), would 12 weeks realistically be sufficient to transfer all services for schools and services within the LA itself? It would certainly be a big ask as it's a lot more involved than many people realise - you have to factor in a re-tendering process which could take weeks in itself.

Right the gremlins are back with avengeance at the Fort today...
No emails going in to a Zimbra school from gmail or hotmail accounts = unhappy parents and aggravated head
Office can't get emails out to BCC admissions
We can't email the frigging service desk via gmail or zimbra....
There are days when I wonder what they are doing

So are you still using Zimbra? If so why?

One of our feeder schools is using zimbra and we're gmail. The head wants to move to gmail but so far the service desk at Link have been unhelpful in supporting the move.
The final straw was yesterday when the head couldn't email admissions.
