    We have our account manger coming out next week and may receive an ear bashing about this.

    We have had quotes now to move away from link2ict and I do believe that we will as the service has got even worse and the price when compared to other suppliers for the same service is expensive

    Apparently you can have 12 months, but it certainly isn't presented that way! I think the idea behind it is to fix prices for three years, but if you agree to fix prices then you essentially are agreeing to a three year deal.

    Yep exactly - but I'm guessing a school your size - probably in the region of £400? In year 2 your costs are £0

    Yes - it varies from school to school based on pupil numbers. If you wanted me to do it I'd undercut whatever your charge is this year - it's up to you

    Just got our costs, connectivity costs are down but the MIS support is up. @Little-Miss got for it, you will never look back. @Michael was very helpful when I was moving.
