Knock on the door and tell the person who opens it "sudo let me in."

You will be presented with a stuffed penguin.

Next you must combine the penguin with a smartphone to create the TUXDROID.

The Tuxdroid will give you the password to enter BETT along with a list of where the good freebies are.

    Is it obvious to find?

I'm still torn between casual suit or extra-geeky T-Shirt.

Easy to find yes, its opens before main shutter and is to the left its between exhibitors and main entrance.

Go geek, then people can spot you... like a certain eg tiger...

Very glad I went - it was a good day. My learning point for next time is to dress like a geek not like a teacher lol! Either that or wear a sign on my back saying "I am a techie with an IT degree and 13 years experience of the industry."

And next year, I'm definitely being Network Manager, not ICT Technician! Thanks @witch for the tip!

Absolutely, but we have to give the guys the impression that they're still in charge .... even if we know otherwise!

    Incorrect.

@witch was referring to all of us Nerds/Geeks when she said "we".

It doesn't matter if they're male or female, Nerds/Geeks run the world.

Right at the end on Saturday @witch and I were walking past a stand desperately trying to get rid of freebies (pen holders).

The guy handing them out asked what I did.

    "Network Manager" I replied.

He needs to learn that a surprised look in response is not a good marketing tool! (I resisted the urge to knee him somewhere painful)

I used to be a sexist like him... Then I took a knee to the groin.

    [I didn't really.]
