    I decided to go with this option as well - as no doubt I would have put mine safe somewhere but forgot!

    I looked at booking my train tickets from thetrainline.com as the advert is always going on about how good it is, thing is thought you can't get cheaper than an off peak return for £36.50 they then wanted £1 booking fee and told me I'd have to pick up my ticket from a different station as the one I was travelling from didn't have the facilities.

    I booked online with the train operator for £36.50 and can pick my ticket up from the station I am travelling from.

    ...and cinders will be going to the ball - they were already in my wallet (albeit stuffed in a dark recess that took 10 mins to find - buried behind my blockbuster video card!)

    I managed to forget where I had hidden our passports a week before we were due to fly. Not a pleasant experience.
