I don't really tell many anecdotes ... but I can tell you a story about someone who does ;-)

Think I may have to add a personal "boo": Not being there on saturday! This is the first time I haven't done one of set-up and take-down (indeed, for 5 years I did both... as George and I reminisced about the "old days"...) and whilst I have my highly competent colleagues to thank for that, I hate to leave early! Always seems to go so fast!

Have to say thank you to everyone I met yesterday for such a great day. Chris and the team are some of the most genuine, honest friendly people you are ever likely to meet. They all make you feel so welcome and I am just really please to be involved and finally get to an event.

    Yay’s

Dos_Box – Thanks for the chance to join you for the evening’s festivities, you truly are a gent!

Yas Persian – The Lamb was EPIC!

Nephilim – For the great company and chat throughout the day and up the M1

Tony – For living up the title, the man who knows.

Stuartwilkie – For the epic bear nabbing.

Plexer – For the JD. Now a friend for life

Robk + soulfish - For company at dinner and the pub.

    Little-Miss – For always smiling.

Vik – For his smooth mellow tones.

Elsiegee40 – For discussing the joys of Primaries.

Helen – For the helium induced rendition for bob the builder.

And thanks to Ric_, Domino, John, Webman, Bossman, EduTech and everyone else involved.

And a special highlight had to be the poor middle aged chap with the rather interestingly placed D-Link bag

    Boo’s

Missing out on properly meeting Shaun. Proper BOO!

Oh god - i had too. That had us in stitches for ages! He had absolutely no idea what we were laughing at, and then made it worse by "moving" the bad to a more inappropriate place. Who at D-Link came up with that?? Legend. We need a photo of the bag someone - some member who got one, please let us know so we can share with everyone.

Thanks Guys! I had a fantastic time and really did enjoy myself once again!

I have not had a bad time at any event in which EduGeek holds or is apart off, great to see another event come to a successful close!

Once again it was great to meet up with everyone whom knows me! and also put some new faces to names!

I did not get wrapped up in cling film this year! but to be honest i am not sure if i am glad or gutted! it was quite a fun expirience last year! aha!, The Smoothwall Firing Range was bang on! I did struggle as it's not as easy as it looked! but had some great fun!

Friday Evening was great! I learned a bit of (something) and also how much everyone really disliked me after i get given to expensive round full of Cocktails and the like! and no matter how hard i tried to get Oz Drunk (Double JD's etc on the Rocks) he was not budging!

I was sad that i could not attend the meal on saturday, due to my train being a bit earlier and not allowing me to have enough time, but i am sure i'll be at the next meal!

    Cheers Guys!

    James.
