Not brilliant, but then neither is the BETT website. Arguably, the latter is worse!

The app's map is incomplete with many stands apparently not having exhibitors, but at least you can identify a list of companies selling products in a particular category. I gave up in disgust on the website as what I got was unreadable and unmanageable. All I wanted was a list of companies in the SEN area!

Yeah, it appears to be incomplete and rushed unfortunately. It had a great opportunity to be a useful tool for all visitors.

Yes I was excited to see this available as an interactive tool, a shame it was rushed.

I found it useful. everytime i needed to look up a company by name it just worked, showed me the location, gave me the website and contact details.
useful to give people directions too.

Maybe you should have taken the update.

Plus you get the option to mark stands as favorites. I found it much better than using the website and much quicker than scrolling the pdf map i'd uploaded previously.

I must have downloaded the updated version, I got it on the Tuesday night... I did keep checking and no updates were offered.

I am still seriously underwhelmed by it.

it was what is was, i'd say more of a directory. useful for finding out some standard info, stand number and contacts from exhibitors without safari. was it hyped as being something better?

Not really, but could have been so very great. Hoping for more next year!
