One for my mum, one for work, a spare if my work one breaks again and a spare spare.

The spare spare is also my collectors edition (never used)
My spare spare has now been put on my EG shelf in my office at home ... nearly all EG merchandise / freebies on there apart from the clothes (I wear them a lot) and the fluted latte glass ... I never got one of them due to them arriving broken when dropped off by the courier (literally). I must flutter my eyelashes at @Dos_Box some time to see if he has a spare spare spare I could have!

I've just been informed by our Deputy head... I have won our "who can get the most freebies" competition.

    Huzzah.

LOL, just seen your reply in the BETT thread, did I win the freebies prize from your Deputy Head? (just so I know if I have to try harder next year...) ;-)

    It was an in-school competition.

    You didn't qualify for it.

Though, you probably won the EduGeek version.

    I think I have a stowaway!

I was finally sorting though the haul from BETT and this little fellow jumped out my bag. The only thing is I actually don't recall visiting Sherston and I have nothing else from them so how it ended up in my bag is beyond me :/

I got and this list is not exhaustive:

EduGeek lanyard, keyring - bottle opener
    Smoothwall ball, bottle opener
Meraki iPhone amplifying horn (really works well), free AP is not available to me here, but for US, Canada EEA you can have it and do get a 3-year Enterprise Cloud Controller license!
Kensington Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer
Frog mug x2, frog teddy bear, pointy frog stress ball, frog hug (Lucy), frog badges, frog yoyo x2
Very cool and very apt badges for me and my friends (@Domino @elsiegee40 et al) from BrainPop
Teeny tiny USB stick from DELL Kace
Credit Card USB from Double First
    Google Mints
    Google Android Jelly Beanz
    Loads of pick and mix
All i could grab flying saucers one morning before the doors opened, on way to a seminar
    Many pens
    Biccies and coffee from Follett
Sweets, rock and water from Capita
Nearly a RasPi and cool case from ArborMIS
FREE 'Geek PIZZA but believe it or not, only on one day
EduGeek App - the best freebie of all

I hope your flight baggage allowance was generous with that haul to get home @vikpaw

    Thanks again for the badge

I got an eduhug and coffee from @aggie at Net Ctrl in addition to everything else. The trouble with BETT now is striking the balance between freebie hunting, product research, listening to seminars and having a good natter with friends!

    baggage allowance was pretty good.
by 'natter with friends' i think you meant to say 'participating in free educational ict discussions with remote consultants' - the way we learn best

    NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

My Edugeek lanyard is already broken.

The clippy bit has a massive crack in it. It's still together for the moment, but its on it's way out...

You shouldn't fiddle with it so much @X-13

I thought you had a couple of spares anyway?

I haven't been fiddling with it...

And I do. I just didn't expect to need one so quickly.

I didn't get the coffee but I did get the hug - In fact I got quite a few hugs - I need them as I spend most of my working life all alone - I need the hugs and the memory of the hugs to keep me going during these lonely days
