    Tour of a new Academy

For those that are interested I'm planning a quick tour of the Academy I work at and its IT facilities after BETT on Friday. We'd probably be leaving from the Edugeek BETT stand at 5pm-6pm.

If you want to tag along let me know as ideally I need to give security advance warning of numbers

What can I say other than - oooh!

@Soulfish , thank you for the tour. Your academy has more gear than most of us could hope for if we combined our schools. The comms cupboards were bigger than most people's offices and the server room, well... at least one was down and there was a fan squeal coming from somewhere! Then there was the TV studio, and the recording studio, and the theatre, and the tech rooms, and the music rooms, and...

It is fair to say the tour party came out green! (And that wasn't to do with Thursday's exhibitors' party)

Thank you again... it was a lovely fairy tale for us to witness!

There were lots of pictures taken by @bossman. He won't be home until Sunday evening, but hopefully he'll make them available

@elsiegee40 I'm glad you enjoyed the tour! I'm just sorry it was so rushed

@ihaveaproblem - there were a couple of people taking photos, but I'm also going to be uploading some of our photos here and to the server room photos thread next week
