A big thanks to Ric_ and the rest of the Edugeek Stand team, for the lanyard, mug and button (I forgot to get a sticker. D'oh!) yesterday. I wanted to come back again later to try and put some more faces to names, but was so tied up (so much to do in so little time) that I didn't manage to (even for the pizza or raffle).
Also a big thanks to Aggy and Mark from Net-Ctrl who showed us the Mobotix and Rukus kit. We'll be in touch shortly...

15th January 2010, 11:15 PM #2 I've said it elsewhere, but I'll say it again. Huge thank you's to all stand staff, great job. I noticed the number of Edugeek lanyards around the place. My colleagues were impressed with the number of members the site has. Keep up the good work everyone, it certainly is a life/live line.

15th January 2010, 11:23 PM #3 I'll second that. Thanks Edugeek for taking the time and effort and sorting out an interesting display and some great freebies. Only wished I had more time to get back to the stand and put more faces to names but the rest of BETT took some getting around!

No you didn't miss it. Unfortunately due to time spent on other things the rack banner ended up on the back burner. Although I think the Business Cards were time well spent.

17th January 2010, 12:59 PM #13 I'd just like to say a big thank you to all of the stand staff at BETT 2010 for looking after me and running the stand so well. This was the first year I was actually the 'boss' and I was run ragged for the week, but our stand handled everything wonderfully. I'm now on the train home with John and Ric tired and happy.
Also a big thank you to all of you who managed to visit us during the week and say 'hi', you won't believe how highly regarded your opinions and feedback are to the IT industry. This year was the year we have finally been recognised as an integral part of the education (and wider) IT industry, and the chats I had with the chairman of RM and London Grid all feed back very positively to you all.
Thanks everyone,
Chris

17th January 2010, 02:01 PM #14 I would like to echo Chris's thanks to everyone who popped by, it was so nice to put so many faces to names and meet many new members. Thanks to Smoothwall and Net Ctrl for being such good company with us, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did and everything our members said about there products and service is true, you cannot beat either of those suppliers they are really worth using you won't regret it. Overall, its been a busy few days, but very worth while.
Thanks to Chris and the other admins for looking after us so well as every and inviting me to be on the stand again with them.
Now its just time for a holiday (or just more sleep as its back to work on Monday!) At least I have the joy of waiting for the call for my BETT Prize, I won a set of Interactive Voting handsets from the Genee World stand

17th January 2010, 05:12 PM #15 And a big thank you to Robk and VikPaw who somehow managed to point me at the last bits of pizza. A fantastic stand, and brilliant to see it go from strength to strength.
Oh ... and a big thank you to EduTech for being a brilliant sport whilst we were packing up. I promise not to treat you so terribly in future ... not making promises that everyone else will be as caring though
Pictures to follow of course
