Going to the show on Friday, haven't booked any seminars so I'll just wander about I think. Any advice on where to get the best freebies?

Glad I checked the wesbite as I thought it was at Earls Court.

Not much there really... the Massive Companies flogging their gear and the small companies trying to flog their gear...

Bunch of Smart Board and Promethean sales people wth wireless head mic's on doing the IWB dance...

RM Mothership right in the middle with thier drones milling about raging on about the RM ONe and the new laptops..

And of course BECTA doing their bit to confuse everyone and by not really knowing what IT is about in the real world but telling everyone that they know it all.....

AVOID the Future Schools area if you want to keep you hair...

What a waste of time, spent 3 hours walking about and another hour trying to get out.

How many recources for smartboards do they think we need? Thats all it seemed to be.

Can't see me going again unless they move it to the summer.

Those would be teachers Seriously though, it was my 7th BETT and I have to say it was my worst one.

There was nothing really innovative there all. Most companies are sitting back and watching what happens with BSF and most schools seem to be happy plodding along with what they have currently. I spoke to several people during my wanderings and they were all of the same opinion.

Will be going the Wednesday (1st day of it I think). Flight lands at 8, fly back the same day at 8.
