A serious question ... last year Russell and I did guides about what to look for similar to the 'Route Maps' that are produced for Maths, English and Science.
This year we are producing similar and would like information about any specific targets you want.
Below are a few suggestions, please select the nearest choice and add comments about any extras you want too.

Each year I have a look for:
Latest Technology
Latest Software
Cheap Hardware / Software
Meeting new / existing suppliers
I usually go to the becta stand but never anyone techy available.
Freebies, well just pick them up as you go :-)

It's always handy to know where the decent freebies are, though. Otherwise you end up going, then finding out someone else you know got a free laptop/Ferrari/Week in the Sun or whatever that you didn't see and then you end up feeling left out! Decent free stuff is essential!

Freebies are good, they are a must, makes the day seem even more worthwile if you get gifts, even better if you can play with them on the train on the way back
Oh yeah, also may be nice to make a list of the suppliers that are there that are often mentioned on here perhaps? So RM, Serco, Sims, Ramesys, Sophos, Net Support, MS, Apple, Smoothwall etc etc so we can easily call round them and thank them for supporting us etc?

I did look at the cost of a lockable area but it would have taken a large chunk of funds ... basically we would not have had any other furniture ... but we will have carrier bags.
