Our previous, and i say again PREVIOUS novatech account manager who swore black was white and then disappeared when white was in fact proven scientifically to be white. Our new one has been very proactive giving us free warranties and some free upgrades to try and sweeten the bitter taste his predecessor left.

I order all our dell stuff through the LEA - don't have to deal with Dell then. :-)
