Home Access NS OPtimum GRRRR

Hi All
I'm new as of today and wondered if anyone has had any problems with this company? I ordered my son's Home Access PC through them in June last year as they were the only company with the offer of fixed broadband as dongles are not great here. I am STILL waiting for my broadband!! I have currently got around 6 weeks use of it and now i'm considering legal action.
Have any of you had any problems?

Just search the site for 'ns optimum' ..........

to be fair the last "problem thread" NS optimum post was in 2009. I have only bought a dozen or so PCs from them and have had no reall issues. I have never sent a machine back - I simply get them to send the replacement parts and fit them myself. I do the same with my Dells too.
