Im a fully qualfied ICT Techinian with over 14 years experience of working with schools/business the public in the Derbyshire area, Im in no way trying to slag off link it uk but to make people aware that a number of schools within Derby have expressed there disapointment with this company and have found there professional approch and service alitle bit of a joke to say the least. competitor or not teachers/heads should be made aware that we and some staff within the schools we work with are not happy with there services and IT Knowledge as this point in time. I feel if i was able to tell you the hole story you would understand my point but i feel the story is not a place for a public forum PM.(and i will tell you the hole story) i also don't want to get the site into trouble thats why i have not writen the hole facts on here.

Thanks for expanding it a little ... we try to make sure that if people do have issues with suppliers or contractors they can back it up with real facts rather than "We hate $company" ...

Sometimes companies do take offence at what is posted by members and we have even had one threaten to get nasty ... but once we can show that it is backed up with real experience they tend to be more helpful instead ... can't think why.

I hope you have found alternatve suppliers that you are now happy with. Feel free to post a good news story about the new folk.
