Rep Power: 12 | Has anyone had to call Quantum support? I gave the UK support number a call, and was redirected elsewhere. I was then transfered 5 times, having to give details at least three. It took one of them 5 minutes to pull up my details and determine that I had to be redirected. On the 5th transfer I managed to explain the problem to a muffled voice I couldn't really hear, before being cut off. Thankfully my problem resolved itself about a few second after I got cut off. I hope this was a Friday thing and they're not consistently this bad. |
