Bit peeved with this company... Asked them to send me a quote for a replacement pen and charging lead for an interactive whiteboard last Thursday. Not heard anything for a week so I asked them again today, chap said he'd email me straight away but I've not received anything. Our email server's definitely up, I've had tonnes of stuff today.
Not very impressed with the whiteboard anyway, we have loads of smart boards and they're way better in many respects - they don't need calibrating every 5 minutes, the pens are much easier to use and the software is better too.
