We ordered a bespoke build PC from A2Z computers before half term.
It was delivered with a Hanns G monitor not the Acer I specified, I can't stand the picture quality on some previous Hanns G's we bought so I enquired as to why I got a different monitor.
The answer was that the Acer was not available for a week so they sent a different one, I told them that they should have spoken to me beforehand and that I was happy to wait for the Acer to be available and that was supposed to be the thursday of half term I think.
I still have the Hanns G sitting here and no Acer.
Despite being promised it's being sorted out and that their returns department would be in touch last week to arrange collection.
I was also told by my account manager that this issue would be sorted by the end of the day yesterday which is hasn't been.
This order was basically a tester to see what the quality and service was like, needless to say I won't be buying anything else from them.

10th November 2009, 01:35 PM #2 ask to change your account manager to Michael Hayden. We had a similar problem, however he sorted it out in no time for us.
We got a whole room done by there guys and have had no faults with the machines whatsoever.

We've spent a great deal of money with A2Z over the last few years and have few complaints. We can specify what we want and thier kit is well put together.
I admit, though, the monitors can be a bit of a lucky-dip, but nothing we've been provided with has been a problem.

10th November 2009, 02:14 PM #6 I can't comment on the build of the pc as I haven't even taken it out of the box, If I don't get the monitor or an equivalent big brand one soon they can have the whole thing back.

Again, Michael Hayden is my account manager, i have had no issues over the past 18months when dealing with A2Z.

12th November 2009, 09:39 PM #12 Have to admit that Michael Hayden is our account manager too, and he has been fairly good with some issues we've had with Impero. In fact most of our 4+ year old PC builds and a handful of servers came from A2Z and we haven't had any problems there either.
However, i'm starting to think that he is A2Z's only account manager...

We ordered nearly 600 PC of those 38 were Towers and we still have an issue with the quality.

We have approximately 150 bespoke PC's and several servers, all have performed as expected. We have had fewer PC problems than machines bought from Scan or CCL

. Therefore we have stuck with A2Z (and intel).
My contact is Peter Hueck, recently promoted to the sales manager.
