    Bad support

    Hi all

    I have noticed a company which we use for our cashless catering system mentioned here.

    I recently tried to get support (urgent problem) from one their engineers but unfortunately was unable to help not his fault as he was in the middle of something, so was directed to the helpdesk.

    I called several times and was unable to get a response so called their engineer again once again was directed back to the help desk again.

    It was over 3 hours before I could get any help, and when I do get through they have never been very helpful and apparently only have one person on helpdesk.

    I am getting a bit fed up of talking to this guy as he is very rude and abrupt, he seems to pause long periods on the phone and sighs at you allot and never seems to have any urgency to help.

    I have not mentioned the name of this company as I do not want to name and shame on here yet as we have only been using them since this year, so from my description of them I am hoping that some of you guys will know who I mean.

    So was just wondering if anyone has had similar experience of them as this is very worrying for me as it is very costly system.

    Perhaps we need a "bad support" sticky?

    Its not Nortech, but I really don't want to name them just yet as I have put in a complaint and waiting on the outcome of it.
