Default Bullet Point...

appear to have gone titsup™ (or gone into Administration at least) along with Pro Install. Where does that leave the mystical "3 Year Lamp Warranty" they were pedalling?

Never bought anything from Bullet Point but had some sales bumph through this morning from "Datacable Communications" mentioning that Bullet Point had gone into administration with the following quote - "If you buy whiteboards and projectors from us this summer, we will take over responsibility for all Bullet Point's guarantees to you". Obviously tied to purchasing from them but quoting here as it maybe useful to some...

It says that they are in administration on the front page of their own website. If you can't trust that, what can you trust?

Maybe they'll get through it, maybe they won't. However I think any future business of ours will go through bigger names.

Oh no! We got them to put in 20 new projectors over easter. We also paid them to install 20 security cages on our existing projectors and some training. I wondered why my e-mails kept bouncing back from them. What am I supposed to do now. Are we likely to get our money back for the work they haven't done?

You'll be at the bottom of their very long list of debtors I would imagine.
