They really should just come out and say they do not accept any returns or give any help that doesn't involve them getting paid.
Sent a couple of emails asking for some stuff to be collected as its got to go through them to be send to the distributor for repair.... no reply
Sent a email 5 minutes ago asking for a price for an additional but of software to be added to my M$ agreement and have already got a reply.
TBH I only use this company now if I can't find it anywhere else, they drive me crazy.

28th February 2008, 01:23 PM #2 Yup they really do have a serious problem with it.
Fair enough they want to economise - but why destroy customer relationships over it! - for heavens sake just grow up and tell the truth. Your customers will be happier for it, well, if there are any left.

These guys wound me up when I used them during last summer. Repeat phone calls every week or two, ended up emailing the second account manager and saying that wasn't a need to phone me as i would call them when I wanted something.
That was after they refused to take back a hard drive that hadn't been used but the wrapping had been opened.

23rd February 2009, 01:30 PM #6 I hope you never do mcloum - it's a nasty experience. I was with them 8 years before they shafted me. I wouldn't do that if I wasn't a happy customer. The manager is a total slime ball. There be dragons.

23rd February 2009, 01:46 PM #7 As far as I was aware there is things in place via the Catalyst agreement to mean they have to support, take stuff back etc etc maybe worth checking that out in more depth.
