Has anyone got any spare buttons and thread?
I was born to be wild
No I wasn't, I was born to wear slippers and tut at things
Does anyone smell fish?
Anyway, the remaining Monty Python lot are reforming, for some reason this sprang to mind:
Talking of comedians of yesteryear, Bernard Cribbins came into my head.
Well I've had a few e-mails in the past from Infotheek, and the last 2 we had in July clearly stated it was end of life hardware they specialised in.
Strangely not had any more e-mails from them since July which is fine as I can't say I was impressed with the EOL/refurbished stock prices anyway. For example in June they offered a HP 8000 Core 2 Duo E8400 computer for £282 refurbished. Today I just took delivery of Acer Veriton i3's (current gen) for £3 less (from another supplier I might add).
Nothing against their selling model, as I'm sure there is a market out there for the kit, but just not for us.
Thanks for making my day guys, what a great read, this could be up there with the 9/11 and kennedy conspiracy theories lol. This company were added to my "do not touch even with yours" list earlier this year. Was getting loads of crap emails and calls and I had no idea where they got my details from. Certainly not a good way to get into peoples supplier lists..
Ironically the following day after I posted, we received a phone call from them that was certainly interesting and resulted in me telling them not to contact us via phone or e-mail again unless we contact them..... and less than an hour later an e-mail comes from the same guy. Ah well certainly made an interesting Friday afternoon
