Sorry to bring this up again guys but looks like they have started emailing globally again.

So far today 17 emails or should I say the same email to 17 staff.

Even though I threatened them with legal last time and they backed off looks like they are off again.

This time it's war

[update]

Have just spoken to them and have been told that it is up to them who they send emails out to and I can only get my email removed and the 16 other will need to contact them directly.

I am contacting out LEA legal department to get an official letter out but they don't really seem to be bothered.

Have you your own mail server? Can you not just bounce back the mails by adding them to the shove off list (Think there is a technical term for it but you get teh idea )

You might want to point out to them that they are not allowed to send out unsolicited email to just whoever they want.

We had to take the heavy route to stop their calls. Inadvertently, my personal mobile number was give to them Imagine what it must be like to work in their telesales dept. I imagine they are under a lot of pressure to convert calls. Wonder what the turnover rate is like.

They haven't realised yet that the more spam/phone calls/irritations I get the less likely it is that I'll do any business with them.

NSO - STOP IT NOW! We've got better things to do with our time.

OK boys and girls, I've been watching this thread for a little while and I think now is the time to reach some agreement.

If you wish to have your details removed from the NSO database, please PM me and I will personally remove them for you.

Should you have any other issues, please either PM me or call the 'dreaded' NSO office and ask for me directly

I hope we can all work together on any issues you may have with NS Optimum.

Kind regards,

Mark Allan

LOL

I got an email just after reading this from NSO. I've clicked the unsubscribe link and done the business but I'm not holding my breath since I've attempted this on many occasions.

Mark - can you confirm that you take any notice of the unsubscribe emails?

BTW Kudos for sticking your head above the parapet so to speak.

Hello there,

Yes, I shall look into it right away as I am in the office at the moment.

Cheers,

Mark

*EDIT* PS, I'm used to being in the line-of-fire so my head is always above the parapet ;-)

OK, I apologise for the use of that phrase. Please do not take any offence as I am genuinely here to help, not to start a flame-war.

Apologies again.
