Hitatchi Cambridge board "not connected" for some users
During my new image builds I installed the latests starboard software for our Hitatchi Cambridge boards, version 9. Most of our boards use a USB to RS232 connection adaptors and have done for years due to their age and having no USB out so the image also includes the drivers for this.
At first this seemed to work fine but we are having problems now where most teachers logging onto the machines with these boards cannot use them, starboard simply says "smartboard not connected" but Im able to log in using an administrator account and use the board without any issue. Has anyone else had this problem or something simular that could help me sorting this?
