I've got a problem with an old smartboard that it doesn't seem to power up. I have installed the software and tried different machines, but it doesn't actually show any light at all.
I have read that it automatically turns on when connected to a PC and there is an input coming, but there doesn't seem to be any life in the board at all. The install was done along time ago, and all the cabling is nice and tiday cabled away through a lot of trunking and I dont have a spare cable to check if that is the problem. Is there anyway that I can just check the board to see if it will power up to see if the problem is with the board or the cabling?
I dont know if it will make any difference but it has a seriel connection.
If there anything I can do before having to call someone out to look at it?
