DS in Education White Paper

I would like to send an eshot for a new Digital Signage in Education White Paper we have just published. Is July a bad time to send this to schools - would September be better?
Any feedback much appreciated

If you send it to technical support staff in July, it will go straight in the bin. Same as the beginning or end of any term.


edit: and you don't need to send it, you would like to send it.

Thanks - that's helpful. In which case mid Sept might be better.

Perhaps just post it on the forums so people can read it at their own leisure?

As the technician with responsibility for the Digital Signage in our school, I wouldn't mind seeing what your views on DS in schools are. To a certain extent, powdarrmonkey is correct when he suggests that sending the white paper to schools in July/August is a waste of time as schools will be empty of teachers, and the rest of us remaining will be extremely busy, those with any sense will simply forward it on to SLT.

September gets my vote too....
