Anyone seen this before? Is it repairable (under warranty?) or are we going to have to buy a new one?

Just to add - that's what the screen looks like when it should just be displaying the blue no signal page, and is constantly there when displaying anything else.
They haven't admitted it, but I think they left it on the 'press power again to turn off' over the weekend...
Either it's under warranty or it isn't. There are a lot of missing pixels there. If it's under warranty, call it in.
Agreed if it's still under warranty get it booked in.
