Take a look at this - it may take a bit of tweaking and setting up as it certainly isn't ready to go out of the box, but it works well for us plus it's free - other than the cost of setting up and the hardware to run it on of course.

ClickView. Works, not always straight away; had a few issues, some were a bit of a struggle to iron out, but very helpful tech guys.
Not the cheapest though. Although very good at what it does, and I'm not sure there's really anything else out there like it.Quote:
