Setup of touch screen monitors.
I have to setup two touch screen monitors on Win 7 in a lobby area in a new build school. I have the computers and monitors all setup and calibrated. The problem is the mouse pointer moves up and down when you move your finger left to right. Moving your finger up and down moves the pointer left and right. They did not come with any manuals or drivers but I believe drivers are not required for 7.
Do touch screens have a menu where you can swap the orientation so that left and right moves the pointer the same way? I run out of time to check and itís really difficult to get to the back of the screen as they are built into the wall.

I have heard of devices that have come with a 'hot switch' to change between touch orientation, although a few are caused by software bugs. It would help if you posted a model name here.
Have you interrogated the on-screen menu? You mention that you have set them up and calibrated, what happens if you revert to factory settings?

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I was being dumb and thought they did not have a menu button. I’ll have to get a mirror and torch and investigate further. They are Dicoll Win19-pmm1-nru monitors but I think they are probably just rebadged.
