Software to view a couple of ip cctv cameras, and record

I'm looking for software that can do the following:

    1. Display and record a couple of IP CCTV cameras (such as the Cisco WVC210 or the D-Link DCS5230)
    2. Record at 25fps
    3. Record the sound from those devices
    4. Control the PTZ function of the cameras.

Any hints? I've tried iCatcher, and it seems only to be able to do 5 or so FPS whatever I try.

Gotta say, I'm very impressed with Milestone. We don't have any linux machines here, and ideally I don't want to throw anything different into the mix at the moment, so it kinda excludes ZoneMinder.

For £64 though, Milestone Xprotect Essential seems ideal!

Indeed, however the free version also sticks the logo in the bottom corner of exported video.
