21st July 2011, 04:29 PM #17 What have you got at the moment?
Does it work?
Are staff up for a change?
Is there a couple of grand available for retraining/developing the teachers('s skills)?
Is there a music tech to support it or 'just' one of the IT team?
What are you comfortable supporting.
Is the money available for your training/development?
Do you want the tools and skills to be transferable across the school?
Given that it is for a course that MUST WORK in SEPTEMBER, then I'd strongly recommend that you bring in a company with experience of delivering this sort of thing. Last minute, must not fail projects cost more than ones planned well in advance.
