Afternoon folks,
Got a user who is experiencing the following problems when using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4:
This is a weird one – I have tried MP3 and M4a sound files – they play in the Source Window and the Project window but the moment you drop them onto the timeline - they wont play.
The program crashes when you attempt to render any work
Any help much appreciated.

1st February 2011, 01:58 PM #2 I had a very similar issue some time back of Premiere (apologies cannot remember the version). I will look back at my notes but I think it was to do with the licencing of the MP3 player/codec.
I ended up reinstalling windows fresh and it worked fine.
