I'm after some software to do some internal Video Conferencing (pref free as always

Anybody any recommendations?
I could use skype but would be easier with an interal program to save firewall hassle.
Any advice much appreciated.

Have you tried Skype? It's pretty cunning about getting through firewalls, and the actual video traffic goes peer-to-peer so in-school conferencing should just go over your local network.
