    Question Is there a way to add some red love hearts to a video clip?

    Is there a way to add some red love hearts to a video clip?

    The source video is in AVI format but I now have it in WMV thanks to Winodws Movie Maker. I only have access to Windows XP or Windows 7.

    I decided to put the clip into PowerPoint and use custom animations around it with a variety of delay settings for each of the animations.
