By my calculations, if the lamp lasts 20,000 hours as they claim, that's 21 school years, which is impressive...

We have two. I quite like them - I know rh91uk (my assistant) doesn't though

Mainly the image colour/quality - but for me it looks as good as our other new projectors.
The image quality is superb on them... you sure your not running in full eco mode or something?
Well, as most of our staff are currently using SVGA HP projectors whose lamps are beyond their recommended life, I hardly think that'll be an issue
There will be one of these on show at the conf curtesy of Thomas Computing Supplies.

Si when you want to borrow one? If you can do it in a holiday and you fancy a trip to see me (just over the Lancs border) I could lend you mine from the room its mounted in so long as if you break it you pay for it AKA replace with the same model Casio
I love mine and its a great tool, the colours are fine, not quite as sharp and clear as my new NEC in the main hall, but there is a significant cost difference between the Casio and the one in my Hall that I've just had fitted as part of my new AV System in the hall.
Jarrod did you get yours from Martin and have him fit it? I got mine from him and had him and the team in all last week doing my hall AV system
