We're got a Panasonic SDR-S26 camcorder that I'm trying to get to work with Windows Movie Maker running on a Vista machine. The camcorder produces .mod files so I've installed the k-lite codec pack so double clicking the file shows the video in Media Player ok. The problems start when I import the video into Movie Maker as it recognises the file as an mpeg video but it only plays the sound with no video.
What can I do to fix this?

26th January 2010, 08:17 PM #2 I took the .mod files home and tried them on my Win7 machine and they worked fine so I've come to the conclusion that Vista is cr*p but I'm sure most people knew that already
