    We implemented Xibo about 3 weeks ago here - just knocked something up quickly in Fireworks and it looks great. Just set a background colour, then drew some rounded edges boxes for the different sections.

    Also try MooTube for something quick and easy. Takes RSS feeds and displays in one area then a Youtube playlist in the other
