TDS Activboard
I'm having issues with a TDS Activboard, it's a serial version, and the model is TDS-AB75-UK1.
My issue is I've connected the battery eliminator, psu to the long serial lead, connected to the bottom of the little box on the back (on the back, top left, viewing board from front) connected to serial port of a desktop computer and Serial to USB device on a laptop, I've installed Activeboard driver version 4.1.13.18, but when I click Find, or select the Com port serial 1 or 3 (usb device), it doesn't find or connect to the whiteboard.
Any tips?

resolved faulty PSU!
tested with Argos unit, but will purchase a new unit from Promethean!
for the un-iniated, the whiteboard should beep once after power-up, and then three quick beeps 20 seconds after indiciating it is working correctly.
